At Vicky & Co, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently using PUDO (Pick Up Drop Off) services across South Africa.
Please review our shipping policy below for important delivery information.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship orders using PUDO with the following options:

Locker to Locker – Delivered to a PUDO locker of your choice

Locker to Door – Delivered from a PUDO locker directly to your door
Shipping method availability and pricing will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
Please note: As our products are carefully prepared and packed, processing times may vary slightly during peak periods.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:

Locker to Locker: 2–4 business days

Locker to Door: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
PUDO Locker Collection
For Locker to Locker deliveries:

You will receive an SMS or email notification with a collection PIN once your parcel arrives

Parcels must be collected within the time frame specified by PUDO

Failure to collect your parcel may result in it being returned to us
Any re-delivery or re-shipping costs due to uncollected parcels will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at checkout.
Vicky & Co is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, re-shipping fees will apply.
Damaged Parcels During Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged packaging and item
We will assess the issue and assist accordingly in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we work closely with our courier partners, delays or losses may occasionally occur.
