At Vicky & Co, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (candles, diffusers, and fragranced items), we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Used or opened candles
- Used or opened diffusers

Custom or bespoke orders

Sale or promotional items
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the claim and, where applicable, offer:

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was faulty or damaged)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item once your refund has been processed.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange the correct item to be sent and collect the incorrect one at no additional cost to you.
